Lee Spears founded L76 International with the sole aim of helping people within organisations to unlock their own and their organisational performance potential.
After 20 years in Manufacturing, Construction, Non-Profit, Healthcare and Automotive, Lee saw the opportunity to use his Knowledge, Skill and Desire, to move into coaching and consulting.
This move enabled Lee to realise his ambition of engaging in a wide variety of industries and with a diverse group of industry professionals.

This has led to Lee helping many different organisations to dramatically increase organisational effectiveness and performance.
